To raise funds to support the mission of Open Health Care Clinic to provide high-quality medical, dental and mental health care to all, regardless of income or insurance status

ABOUT US

In 1995, facing an increased number of HIV cases in the area, HIV Alliance for Region Two, Inc. (HAART) was established as a 501c3 non-profit organization. HAART opened a clinic in 2007 to offer broad services for people living with HIV. Having experience in providing health care to the underserved, in 2015 HAART became a Federally Qualified Health Center (FOHC), doing business as Open Health Care Clinic and expanded its services. Today, serving over 12,000 individual patients, Open Health provides critical health care in the following areas:

  • Infectious Diseases
  • Pediatric Primary Care
  • Mental Health
  • Women's Health
  • Diabetes Care
  • Sexual Health
  • Podiatry
  • Dental Care
  • On-Site Pharmacy

YOUR CONTRIBUTION WILL:

Support the Patient Fund aiding with resources outside of the exam room, such as transportation, supplies, housing, and other needs for both physical and mental health and wellness. The Patient Fund helps our community neighbors such as:

• Kids needing health or dental care

• Persons living with HIV

• Teenagers getting mental health counseling

• A retiree needing help managing diabetes
