+Good Faith Notice

OHCC is required to provide a good faith estimate of expected charges three days before a scheduled appointment for items and services to patients who are not enrolled in a group health plan or individual health insurance coverage.

The information provided in the good faith estimate is only an estimate and actual items, services or charges may differ. Contact the OHCC Eligibility Screeners at 225-655-6422 to request your good faith estimate."

This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
