Medicated-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is the use of Food & Drug Administration (FDA)- approved medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide a “whole-patient” approach to the treatment of substance use disorders. We invite behavioral and primary care providers as well as social service provider staff including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, pharmacists, nurses, social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists, peer professionals, and clergy to attend.
