We're celebrating National Health Center Week and Children's Health Day with a school supply drive. Make a difference for students in our community by helping them start this school year off right! 

Supply the tools for success or make a monetary donation and we will shop for you. If you would prefer to make a monetary donation, please complete this online form.

School supplies are listed below and can be dropped off at our clinic at 3849 North Blvd. Monday, July 20 - Wednesday, August 12 between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday.

  • Marble Composition Books

  • Scissors for children

  • Plastic folders with pockets

  • 24-count crayons

  • one-inch binders

  • 24-count #2 pencils

  • Wide-ruled loose-leaf paper

  • Ruler

  • Block erasers

  • Dry erase markers
